Mike Densmore kindly wrote down these lyrics after declaiming them when we first met - I wrote music for them in one go. We cut loose & rocked in the studio, an easy spirited romp after careful our crafting of the epic Drowned City. Harvey remarked after hearing the final mix of this: "Deadheads will lose their minds!" Nevermind, as the raven said, this song does indeed feature a soaring jam-band tapestry lead break mid song between my lead & Danny's piano and Hammond organ. And Michael's ode to the Muse of Musicians is the lyrical storyline.
